Happy Chriskwanukah!

      Growing up in a Christian Community, I have been taught to say "Merry Christmas" from the day after Thanksgiving through Christmas.  In the last few years though, we have been deluged by political correctness.  Now, unless we are talking to someone we know is a Christian, so we don't offend anyone who doesn't celebrate Christmas, we should say simply "Happy Holidays."  Would we offend a Muslim because they have no holiday during this time?

      "Happy Holidays" just seems so bland.  I say that we should take the three main celebrations for the holidays and blend them together.  There's Christmas, Kwanza, and Hanukah.  Let's say, "Happy Chriskwanukah!"

      Whatever your beliefs, I hope all your days are special and wonderful!
