Russia invaded the nation of Georgia. And many Americans said, "Oh no! There're ba,ack!" McCain, you lucky bastard! The only chance McCain has to win is if the election is about national security. And here it is! "The renewal of the Cold War." Putin must want McCain but if that is true what does Russia stand to gain? The same as McCain, to be able to retain power by fear!

Look at the polls, Barack was ahead by an average of 6 to 8 points in mid-July and now, in mid-August McCain has pulled even. Our voters seem to be stupid. I guess they would rather have a Commander-in-Chief that believes war is the way to solve the worlds problems. Didn't they learn anything from the debacle in Iraq? We need a leader who will find a way to peace without a war.
