Celebrate Diversity

I saw a bumper sticker on a car today that said, "Celebrate Diversity." I am a pretty liberal person so my first thought was, "Cool, another liberal who is absolutely correct." Diversity is good for all and it seems that if everybody believed it was good, then racism could disappear. And then I thought, wait a minute, this is a catch 22.

In order to have diversity, there must be distinct races. You need Blacks, Whites, Asians, Hispanics, and all the other ethnic groups. Celebrating diversity leads me to the acceptance of bi-racial marriage, but in order to maintain diversity you must also embrace racial purity. I'm confused, should I celebrate diversity?
