Daylight Slaving Time

Does it make any difference what the clock says?  Don't I still have to work eight hours five days a week?

Honestly though, I would be in favor of adjusting the clock so that I have three hours of sunlight left when I get off work.  So that means adjust the clock so the sun is up between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day.  It can be dark while I work and while I sleep; that's seventeen hours.  Instead of time being determined by the time of day when the sun is highest in the sky (Noon), it should be that sunset is always at 9:00 PM!  That would make sunrise in December around Noon.  Sounds good to me.  The sun setting at 4:00 PM is just plain stupid!
