Memorial Day
On Memorial Day we honor those who have died in service to our country. The ultimate price was paid for us and the continuation of our way of life. They deserve so much more praise than words or prayers can ever give. Thank you!
My Mother extended the honor of this day to her parents after they passed away. My Mother would travel 600 miles each Memorial Day to put flowers on their graves and pray. Now my Mother is gone too. She is buried right beside her parents.
I guess it's just a part of getting old, you lose a lot of people on the way. The following is a list of the people I have lost.
Bernie
Florence
Charlie
Paul
Robert
Bobby
Donald
Dorothy
Harold
Marie
Andrew
Ken
Bettie
These people touched my life in so many good ways. Now, they are gone. I hope and pray that they are in a better place. I miss them and love them all so much!
