Plastic Surgery

When I was young, I was taught to be proud of who I am.  It didn't matter if I was fat or thin, handsome or ugly.  It might be a challenge but a good person works with whatever God gives him.  Kermit may have said it best when he sang, "It's not easy being green..."

Given the previous notion, I used to believe that elective plastic surgery was vanity run amok.  People who used plastic surgery were mentally sick.  They were trying to be someone they were not.  But today, my feelings on the subject have changed.

A person's self image drives their way through the world.  If you believe that you are unattractive, you act unattractive.  The people around you sense this and treat you accordingly.  Negativity breeds negativity and a downward spiral.  How can this be changed?

For some people it is plastic surgery.  If changing your nose makes you feel better about yourself on the inside, then that shows on the outside.  When you feel good about yourself, others start to feel it too.  Plastic surgery can help change a life of despair into something better!

Plastic surgery for everybody!
